so, I'm going to be done with work until next year starting in about 2 hours.

I got to read some blogs today...

what I like about reading blogs of the people I know is imagining that they are actually talking to me. this is, of course, happening in my head, but when I put their mannerism and speech patterns into the words they write, I can see them and hear them talking to me as if they were telling me first hand...

then I don't feel like I haven't seen anyone in years.

on my project, I practically eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the same people four days a week.

can you imagine that? in the past two months I have had more meals with co-workers than I have with anyone from home. combined.

sad.

I have only bought one present to date.

that's all, it's not that I don't love you, it's just that I wanted to be sure that she was set before I tried to focus on any other gift.

I think we will probably try to get some stuff done tomorrow night or saturday morning.

yeah. shopping right before Christmas. ugh.

but still, fun, and happy times.

maybe it's because I appreciate the time I have to spend with my family more and resent the time I am forced to spend with my co-workers.

not that my co-workers are bad, they are actually quite fun and gret to hang with, but honestly if tomorrow came and they said that I would never have to see them again, I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.

and I think I mistakenly called luis last night thinking that he was a cab company...

I pulled 180 on the lat pull 8 times yesterday. I haven't lifted in a while, so I'm gonna feel that... it's weird, I can pull down more than I can bench right now...

I'm a wuss.

I've been trying not to think about it, because when I do, my productivity drops like a rock.

not that I've ever been good at being productive, but it gets worse when I do think about it...

vacation. I am going to have two weeks off. I'll be able to see lorie for most of that time, but she's going to work in the middle.. which is probably ok, since I probably need to do other things than bugging her for two straight weeks.

in any case, my laptop is being stupid... ugh... I am constantly trying to figure out what the best configuration is for it to not spaz out on me. basically, I'll be typing and it will decide that it doesn't want to type one of the letters in the word I am typing. oher times it decides that it wants a million copies of a single letter or space or whatever or when I backspace, it will backspace much farther.

it's almost as if it were possessed, but because I've found that by propping the corner of the keyboard "helps" I'm chalking it up to a hardware problem.

two days and I can relax and thinking not think about flying or hotels or rental cars or work.

I can finally clean up the house... or put up Christmas lights, or take down the halloween decorations... or even clean out the garage...

ok, so the laptop is acting up again.....i am nolonger going to correct the little edits the computer wants to make on its own. so you will have tobear with the misspacing and the adddddditional letters that appear because of the stupid computer...

ugh... now that I thhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhink about being home I just want to be home...
