I feel almost utterly lazy at home when lorie isn't around...

not that I am a sluggard, because I really haven't been home all that much lately...

the past few weeks has been a sort of blur, the days of the weeks kind of melting together, especially since my wife gets sent to the edges of the state and back during the week for days at a time.

the best days in the last few weeks have been the times we get to buy stuff for the house, set-up/play with what we bought, and then pop in a dvd while we lie in bed falling asleep to the movie...

oh, and not having to answer the phone if we don't feel like it...

the coolest thing for me though is not having to take lorie home after all of that...

because she is home...

and I love that.

... ... ...

anyhow, the second she's gone, I seem to have a knack for trashing the house.

It's not that I like to live in clutter, but more like clutter is another shadow of mine...

... ... ...

speaking of clutter, I think I actually would like to have everything in a nice and neat state, but I have this affliction where I must see everything and as quickly as possible...

I am a very visually-oriented person, although my quotable, lyrical, and actionable memory is good, I feel more comfortable seeing everything with which I have to work, and then working.

I don't like walking into things without a lot of knowledge on it... not so much fun. But then again, I'm the kid who obsessed over the nintendo game until I was so good at it that it was only fun beating up other people...

you know what... I think I might still be that kid...

except I don't have time to play video games all that much anymore.

... ... ...

so here I sit, at work. chatting with my co-workers, chatting on aim and msn, watching the tide roll away...

and blogging.

i might actually get to read other blogs today...

[picture me excited, clapping my hands]

... ... ...

the day looks pretty nice now...

which means I will have to mow my lawn and take care of the stupid leaves... [I could be optimistic and say that it's a beautiful day with perfect weather, but you probably haven't see the size of my lawn and the amount of leaves of the four 30-foot trees in my yard that have a combined age of about 250... not to mention the leaves of the trees from my neighbors]

... ... ...

I got fangs.

they're neat.

... ... ...

pictures by next week.

hopefully.
